Our FloatDaddy™ Foam Lake Mats are packaged to arrive protected to your location. Foam lake mats can scratch, if not handled well. So, we package every mat in a protective plastic bag, and place them into a 26" x 26" x 72" box for secure package shipping. Your FloatDaddy should arrive in a roll, wrapped with your twin 84" velcro straps. These straps will help protect the foam mat roll for quick and easy storage after a day on the water.

All of our mats are made right here and ship directly out of our local Kansas manufacturer. Made in the USA. We monitor the quality of our packaging on a regular basis to assure that your FloatDaddy arrives in good shape. If there is an issue with lake pad upon receipt, please contact our sales office and let us know. We'll request an emailed image of the issue, so we can try to assess the cause of the problem. If it is discovered that our facility is at fault, we'll gladly ship yours back and send you a new one.

Your FloatDaddy Island comes with a one-year warranty. Our products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for one year from date of purchase, so long as the product remains the possession of the original owner. Defective products may be returned to FloatDaddy, and if proven to be defective upon inspection, will be repaired or exchanged. The warranty does not cover normal wear, scuffing, scratches or fading due to extended exposure to the elements.
